NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In compliance with Sec. 9-503 of the Environment Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, the Board of County Commissioners of Carroll County will host a public hearing on January 30, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m., in Room 311 of the Carroll County Office Building, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland 21157. The purpose of this hearing is to accept public comment regarding the proposed 2024 Fall Amendment to the 2023 Carroll County Water and Sewer Master Plan.

A full copy of the proposed Amendment and the Planning and Zoning Commission consistency letter for the 2024 Fall Amendment are available for public review, by appointment only during regular office hours, at the Carroll County Bureau of Comprehensive Planning, Room 107, of the Carroll County Office Building, or on the County’s webpage:

Written or oral comments will be accepted at the hearing. Written comments may be addressed to the County Clerk, 225 North Center Street, Westminster, Maryland, 21157 or (countyclerk@carrollcountymd.gov) and must be received by January 30, 2025. They will be considered if received prior to the close of the hearing.
