Due to clerical training, our office will be closed on Wednesday, July 9^th; however, we will conduct inspections on that day.  Please schedule office visits accordingly.

Additionally, office phones will not be monitored, therefore inspections cannot be called in, and office staff will not be able to provide you with a 2-hour inspection window. Please utilize our online portal for scheduling and viewing inspection times. If you have not already signed up for a Public User account on our portal, please visit:https://cppl.carrollcountymd.gov/. When signing up be sure to follow the “Portal Functionality Guide” step-by-step directions, which includes associating your license as applicable, to your public user account.
