Function – To advise the Director of state policies, to communicate to CC residents concerning the programs, objectives, policies and problems of the local social services administration, to review the local department and to generally oversee the operation of the local social services administration.

Qualifications – The Ex-Officio member shall be from a local governing authority of CC.  Other members should have a high degree of interest, capacity and objectivity.  Members can not be candidates for political office or elected officials.
